Campground Policy

1. Reservations:

Camping reservations are permitted to members of Hidden Creek and their guests. 

Reservation system requires member login.

Non-member camping is permitted as a Member Guest only. Members must register all guests on a Camp Host Agreement before admittance into campground.

All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking by Visa, MasterCard, AMEX

Holiday weekends are a 3 night minimum. Holiday weekends are non refundable. Non-business hour requests or prior to opening call Matt 765-480-2862 or email matt@hiddencreekcampground.com

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

11- 15 days from reservation date is a one night cancellation fee of $55
10 days or less all fees paid are non-refundable Holiday weekends (3 night minimum) are non-refundable
Camping is an outdoor experience, therefore no refunds for shortened stays or undesirable weather.

** Seasonal site deposits are non-refundable.

3. Pet Policy

Pets are not permitted for non-members. Guest Campers are not allowed to bring pets.

Pets are welcome as long as they are kept on a leash, quiet and never left unattended outside of your camper. Off leash is allowed inside Dog Park only!

Do not tie your pet to any tree.

You are expected to clean up after your pet.

Pets are not allowed in any building, bath house, playground, pavilion or on the beach.

All pets are to be up-to-date on their vaccinations before visiting our facility.

If your pet is not friendly towards other pets or people, please do not bring them.

4. Guest Policy & Fees

All guest are registered online by the Hidden Creek “host” member. Please log in and get familiar with the reservation system. 

Guests make great memories. Hidden Creek does permit non-member guests to visit Hidden Creek members at the campground. There are two types of guests allowed; Day Guests and Overnight Guests. All Guests require proper registration and appropriate fees. Members are permitted a maximum of 4 adult day guests and 4 children day guests. In addition, members are permitted Overnight Guests. However, at no time can any campsite have more then 8 people staying overnight with a 4 adult max. All Overnight Guests require criminal background checks and must be registered by a member on a “Camp Host Agreement”. Members can reserve guest sites at standard rates. All guest registration requires a fee and all fees must be paid at time of reservation. Members wanting larger Group Camp rates can contact matt@hiddencreekcampground.com for special group requests. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests. Day guests must leave by 11:00p. Guests not admitted after 8p without permission by management. Maximum 8 guests per site. All guest are given a unique access code to enter the campgrounds. Members are not permitted at any time to grant access to the park for any guest.

All vehicles in the campground must display a visitor tag.
Hidden Creek Campground is for registered & paid guests of Hidden Creek Members ONLY!

PLEASE NOTE: Hidden Creek Members are responsible for their own actions and the actions of their guests.

5. FIREWOOD

Compliant as per Indiana Law:

Do not bring firewood of any kind with you to our facility. This includes but not limited to tree branches, pallet wood, 2×4’s, etc. Firewood is sold at the general store for $5 bundle, $40 half rick and $70 full rick price. We need your help to protect our trees. Please do not move firewood. Cutting trees or limbs is not permitted in the park. Doing so will result in a $500 minimum fine.
